This page explains the current parent website. It does not replace our Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions.

For parents, not child accounts

The website lets parents create, review, and print learning packs. It has no child sign-in, learner profiles, answer submission, progress tracking, or reward records. Those remain on the device running the installed app.

Photos and questions

Your selected image stays in this browser’s memory while you crop and adjust it. Only after you confirm the exact crop and permit AI sharing is that crop sent through our service to OpenAI to read the question. The full original image is not uploaded. Cropping is not automatic removal of personal information: you must check it yourself.

The reviewed question text is sent to OpenAI to create a lesson, practice questions, and a quiz. Never include names, faces, schools, student IDs, addresses, emails, or a child’s completed work. AI can make mistakes. Review the full pack before use.

Your parent library

Generated packs are stored in your parent account’s Firebase library for 30 days; generation request records are retained for 7 days. The new app and website use this same parent library. Save a worksheet or answer-key PDF if you want a separate copy. Copies downloaded or printed by you are outside the website’s deletion process.

Sign-in and website security

Firebase handles parent authentication. The website uses browser-session authentication, so closing the tab or browser ends that stored session. Sign out when you finish on a shared computer. We do not store your password in our website code or save your question photos in browser storage.

Parent Space uses Google’s reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Firebase App Check to protect the service. Google may process browser and device information for security. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The public home and sample pages do not load Firebase, reCAPTCHA, advertising, or analytics scripts.

AI sharing and account help

You can turn off future AI sharing in Parent Space → Account & privacy. Existing packs remain available subject to retention and account status. Account-deletion processing is not yet released for general self-service; contact our monitored support address to request help. This website will not claim an account is deleted when only a request has been received.
